The location. The staff. Meals - dinner & breakfast were excellent. The room is very comfortable & spacious. The deco is wonderful.
I was disappointed that there wasn’t any morning activity- Pilates or Yoga. From the web site it is understood that there is activity every morning. I may have chosen a different night if understanding that no activity on a Monday morning.
The area around the swimming pool needs to be kept a little more clean

In general, it was clean , comfortable and away from the noise so it provided what we wanted
When I arrive at a hotel, I want to be catered to. There were no bell hops to take our luggage , bad first impression. It’s a pretty isolated property so the only other issue is, they have no sundry store for the little things which you might have forgotten. Add the store and the bell hops and it’s a 10

Nice hotel, service was fine, pool was ok. Bed is comfortable and shower had good pressure.
Some of the facilities and furniture were outdated inside the room. Wifi was poor. Balcony was very small. Didn’t feel like value for money, pretty expensive…
