    The booking clearly states it includes 18% VAT, and even mentioned I could get it refunded by the hotel if I have a B2 visa. Instead, the receptionist tried to force me to pay the VAT again, and the next morning, the manager decided to talk to me in the most disrespectful and nasty way when he again tried to scam me out of another 18% payment and I refused. Aside from that, the facilities advertised are non existent. There is no parking, good luck finding one on the street. Nowhere to offload suitcases and nobody to help you with that. The Spa doesn't exist. The receptionist said it needs to be booked well in advance, and only then does someone come to give the treatments. The duvet is paper thin and far too small for a double bed. Luckily I found another wrinkled blanket in the cupboard so we used 2. Such a miss for so much potential.
