Everything is wonderful and great

The location is noisy

We spent one night here. The location is central to downtown areas and very convenient, and the host provided helpful and clear instructions about parking, arrival, etc. The quadruple room was very spacious for a couple and a child. The sofa was easy to open into a bed and comfortable for the child to sleep in. The small kitchen area had everything we needed, including a wine bottle opener. We loved the design and the lighting fixtures.

The location is great if you want to go out, but it's right above several bars, so on Friday night it gets loud well past midnight. We didn't take up the host on his offer of earplugs and still slept well, but we are heavy sleepers - some people could find this tricky. I guess the noise isn't the same on a weekday.

The apartment is very pretty, the location is right the center of business, and the check in and out processes are very easy.

There is absolutely no light isolation in the place. No blinds and definitely no shatters, so there is direct sun light since the early morning, as well as street lights during the night. There is relatively good noise isolation, but the apartment is located right at the main road and next to local pubs which are extremely loud and you can hear the bass sounds coming from them all night. The mattress is also very squeaky and all of that contributed to the fact that sleep was impossible for us in this place. Much less important, but the shower was also half clogged and water took a long time to drain which made showering not easy. Overall, the place should be amazing on paper and looks incredible too, but for easy sleepers due to light or noise - this is not the place, and the facilities need fixing.
