I found it difficult to find

Clean very homely thanks for the goodies really nice touch the house is nice bedroom comfortable I can’t fault .nice useful things under the sink to use . The lady who gave my colleague a key was very nice pleasant lady very patient can’t fault her. The stairs are steep I know u can’t change that maybe it’s worth mentioning it’s not suitable for those with mobility issues and joint problems coz I really struggled overall nice place.

Hot water off when we arrived on the first night Key collection was a bit of a pain as we couldn’t give specifics on time of arrival as we travel 3 hours to Halifax so maybe a self check in box would improve experiences for guests.when sleeping upstairs the walk date so thin could hear people walking next door at some point thought someone had come in the house while I was sleeping scared me. Kitchen window too high to open when I was cooking fan not working smoke detector kept going off also hot water tape was not working properly in the kitchen it was a struggle to was up with cold water.

Our host welcomed us personally and could not have been more charming. A most generous welcome pack. A comfy bed and mostly lovely bathroom with beautiful tiled floor and an attractive modern victorian style suite. The shower head was good but the shower head support bracket was faulty/inadequate and did not hold the shower head in position.

The settee was the only "comfortable" seating in the lounge but it was not very comfortable. Dining chairs were wobbly and needed a handyman to tighten the legs. The upper handrail on the stairs was loose. Finally the location was challenging in a number of ways, steep hill, one way traffic
