Location - stunning views

Hot tub on the deck
Communication with guest experience staff was poor. It was difficult to engage with the hotel prior to our stay with regard to activities, but once at the hotel, all guides were great.

Every meal was fresh and great quality. All staff was professional, welcoming and friendly.
The smoke from the stove frequently blew into our room. A mechanism to avoid that in the future would be beneficial.

Amazing Hotel, Great service, excellent activities in property and out of property, I highly recommend the kayaking in Rio Celeste.
Food, you cannot choose in lunch and dinner and if you're still hungry after the main dish, they don't give you seconds..
