About this house rental
Small charming house in a large character property in the heart of the Périgord Noir
Only 3 kilometers from Sarlat la Canéda
Housing:
The Red House is a small old stone house in Périgord.
You will find on the ground floor a comfortable living room with a well-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, 4 gas rings, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and kitchenware).
Upstairs, 2 neat and fresh rooms with a double bed and two single beds, and a separate toilet and a shower room. The cottage opens onto a large garden and woods.
The 11x5 heated swimming pool is 2 steps away and offers its freshness and relaxation area, it is open to holidaymakers from 9:00 to 20:00. (Children must be accompanied by an adult for access to the pool).
A summer kitchen (outside) and a communal laundry, with lava linen, dry linen, ironing board with iron is available to guests. As well as a little away, a space dedicated to children's games, slide and swings (under the responsibility of parents).
The Domaine de l'Homme forms with the home of the owner and its 3 cottages a harmonious set on a plot of 10 000 m² hilly, surrounded by vineyards and woods. The view of the countryside is superb and relaxing.
Access for travelers:
Travelers have access to the entire property outside the host's private home.
Access to the cottage is completely independent.
Guest arrivals must be between 17:00 and 22:00.
Departures must be done at 11:00.
Other remarks:
On request we provide a free cot and high chair.
The basic maintenance products are provided (sponges, washing up product, soil product ...).
Ability to sleep two more people on the sofa of the main room.
Prices quoted include the rental of sheets and towels, tourist tax, water, electricity and gas. For your comfort, the beds will be made before your arrival in our house.
Possibility to smoke outside. Strong music after 22:00 is not allowed. No cleaning products should be introduced in the toilet, nor hygienic protection, nor condom, nothing more than toilet paper. (Toilet with septic tank).

Tout était bien. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. L’endroit est bien situé. Nous avons pu profiter de la région. Restaurants,châteaux,gouffres. Nous n’avons pas vu le temps passer. À conseiller

Une belle petite maison telle que décrite dans l’annonce , une piscine chauffée constamment à 32 degrés , un cadre magnifique à quelques kilomètres de Sarlat et de nombreux points touristique et sportif.
Nous avons su profiter des conseils de monsieur Godard pour les visites magnifique à faire dans la région.
Tout cela nous a permis de passer de très bonnes vacances. Mais comme nous n’avons pas su tout voir nous reviendrons certainement dans un avenir assez proche.
Encore un tout grand merci à monsieur Godard et à sa compagne pour l accueil.
Merci pour les petites attentions à l arrivée ( la bouteille de rosé au frais , les chocolats ) et au départ ( les mugs ).
En résumé une location à proposer sans hésitation pour visiter cette magnifique région de France.

Tout à côté de Sarlat la Canéda, cette belle propriété nous a permis de passer un séjour dans un calme enchanteur. Nous avions tout à disposition et à volonté, lave-linge, sèche-linge, table à repasser, barbecue, salon de jardin, espace couvert en cas de pluie dont nous n’avons, par chance, pas eu besoin. Sans compter la piscine chauffée dont nous avons profité tous les jours. Quand au logement, une bouteille de rosé bien frais accompagné de chocolat nous attendaient. Nous avions tout le confort possible à disposition, salon, téléviseur, espace cuisine équipée d’un micro onde, lave-vaisselle, plaque à gaz, réfrigérateur congélateur. L’espace Nuit à l’étage comprenait 2 chambres, 1 avec 1 lit 2 personnes et la seconde 2 lits 1 personne. 2 WC sont à disposition, 1 au rez-de-chaussée et l’autre à l’étage. Petite salle de douche bien fonctionnelle au rez-de-chaussée.
À notre départ nous avons eu la surprise de recevoir un cadeau sous forme de mug à l'effigie de la propriété.
Nous remercions très sincèrement Carole et Alex de leur gentillesse et de leurs conseils au sujet des nombreuses visites à faire aux alentours.
Nous nous sommes vraiment senties presque en famille tout en gardant notre intimité scrupuleusement respectée par nos hôtes.
