COLORFUL BEACHFRONT RETREAT IN LAS CONCHAS, ROCKY POINT – Buenos Tiempos ("Good Times" in Spanish) is a vibrant, true beachfront home in Las Conchas, Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco), Mexico, with direct access to the sand. Bright, cheerful, and full of character, this home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
BEDROOMS – The master bedroom features a queen bed, a private bathroom with double sinks and hand-tiled Mexican mosaico finishes, and a private atrium bringing in natural light and a refreshing breeze. The second bedroom offers a king bed with private patio access, while the third — accessed from a separate entrance — includes a queen bed and private bath for added privacy.
LIVING & KITCHEN – The warm, inviting main living area offers plenty of seating, a TV, and a wood-burning fireplace (bring your own wood or fire logs). The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances except a dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, and microwave. A convenient half bath is also located in this central area.
OUTDOOR SPACES – Step onto the oceanfront patio for stunning views and direct beach access, or head up to the rooftop deck for an elevated vantage point over the Sea of Cortez.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES – Central air and heating, ceiling fans throughout, reliable Wi-Fi, and a charcoal barbecue (bring your own charcoal). Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.

Had a great Thanksgiving day stay with our family of four. Plenty of room. My teen son loved the semi-detached second master with his own bathroom. Could use some more comfortable furniture in the living area but really no big deal and we loved it overall. Would stay again for sure
