The house from the Art Nouveau period was restored and renovated in 2009. It has a 1.5-room holiday apartment (42 m2) for guests with a spacious double room, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower / sink and a separate toilet. The apartment is on the mezzanine floor with a view of the countryside and is very stylish and comfortably furnished. The Guest House Chur is extremely central, yet very quiet in the beautiful Stampagarten, a residential protection zone in the middle of the city of Chur.
The spacious garden can be used by the guests free of charge; A parking space in front of the house is also available free of charge, and the bus stop is only 50 meters from the house. In a few minutes you can reach the bakery, the shopping center, the train station, the old town and the museums. You can also reach numerous holiday destinations in Graubünden with your car or conveniently with public transport. B. Arosa-Lenzerheide, Laax-Flims, Klosters-Davos, Brigels, Obersaxen, Tschiertschen, Heinzenberg-Viamala, Grüsch-Danusa, to name just a few. The Engadine is also within easy reach of Chur.
The whole house and the seats in the garden are non-smoking areas.
