Charming hotel, just what this weary traveler needed!

The staff was very professional and accommodating. The lobby was beautiful, as was the room. The chocolates from the local small business were a nice touch! Room service was fast and excellent.

Parking was confusing. Couldn’t determine how to self-park in the garage and had to pay for valet.

Relaxing stay in a clean room with a good shower and good bed in a nice town.

Loved the shower, very comfortable beds, liked that the window could open, clean room, attractive building, good location. The exercise room was clean and well-appointed.

The fact that the only parking available to guests was valet and cost $19 plus tip. Would be better to put that in the price of the room rather than surprise the guest with it. It's a relatively small town, paid parking should not be forced upon the guests. There was no breakfast offered with the room, but we knew that prior to the reservation.

This gem of a hotel unexpectely locat in downwon Findley, OH.

Steak and Egg breakfast was delicious. I wish we sould have booked one more night, we got in very late and were only on the properlty for a short time - but the staff was very helpful. Bed was super comfy! Really clean, 4 diamond hotel, but got a great Booking.com deal.

I used the valet - didnt realize the parking garage was easily in walking distance.

Lovely but not worth the loss of sleep.

It was a beautiful property with several luxuries. We enjoyed the bathroom and being able to take a soak in the tub at the end of a long day.

We were in a corner room in the 5th floor. The building is not well insulated and we could hear noise from outside ALL night. There were 3 windows in the bedroom and only 1 had darkening curtains. It was as bright as daylight all night and very disorienting. I took a video which I’m unable to upload of the road noise. Sadly, a waste of money. We’ve had much better stays in 2.5-3.5 star hotels.

Our room had an unpleasant smell. The shampoo and conditioner were runny, like someone had just added water rather than refilling wall units, the fancy coffee maker is only as good as the coffee and creamer that is added to it. Lastly, our bathroom sink backed up. The sink was full of gross drain gunk and bubbling when we woke up. We couldn’t use it in the morning.

We don’t normally stay in hotels this fancy, but we were able to get a really good last-minute rate through Booking.com.

It is a ritzy, downtown hotel. The room was especially comfortable.

REQUIRED valet parking. Yes, I felt “upscale”, but I would rather have saved $19 and parked myself. At least we can impress our friends by telling them that we stayed in a hotel with valet parking!

This hotel was amazing! Beautiful public spaces, clean room that was well appointed with beautiful furniture and a comfortable bed. I had a king suite and the bathroom was amazing. The staff was great! I generally don't like using valet parking but here it was outstanding! My car was always ready for me in 2-3 minutes. Loved this place and if I'm ever in the area again I will definitely stay here!

It could be cleaner; there was some hair on the bathroom floor. The valet system was a complete failure, and it was overwhelmed while checking out in the morning because everyone was trying to make it to the graduation on time. There were not enough valet people to handle it.

Great location and very walkable to local attractions!

The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained. Our room was clean and well-stocked with amenities. Bed was super-comfy and had plenty of pillows. The locally-made chocolates on the pillow were a sweet touch too!

It was Easter weekend so the Mancy's was setting up for brunch and had complimentary continental breakfast set up in the lobby. We arrived about an hour before it ended and were disappointed that everything was out with the exception of a bit of leftover yogurt in a bowl and a stray bagel. Staff did work to bring out morre fruit and yogurt, but never restocked the juices or bread/bagels/cream cheese.
