Location was great, staff was friendly, rooms was clean, showers had decent water flow and was warm

Great, clean and pleasant updated room for a value price. (I hope more of these open.) Appears to be the remodeled bones of a well known 1980s budget motel, and nicely done.

The free breakfast was basic to the point of being perfunctory, but welcome anyway. (They could just direct travelers to the very popular local breakfast restaurant across the street.)

The ground level rooms made easy to load into room, and step out for a smoke. Great beds and bathrooms. And selection of cold pop available at check in.

The location was convenient. The room was clean and looked recently updated.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the pillows were small and the toiletries provided weren’t very good. The chair in the corner looked good but wasn’t comfortable and the desk chair was awful to sit on.

Cleanliness of the room.

Breakfast was not much of anything.

The outside doesn’t look that inviting but the rooms are very nice! Everything is updated and very clean I’ve stayed twice and I’m very pleased.

The bed wasn't the best but I've had worse for sure. Spring mattresses were obvious.

Right off the interstate and very close to the main part of town! It looks small from the outside but it is very clean and has amenities other hotels don’t like both a fridge and microwave, in addition to nightstands you can plug your phone into with a usb. Great value for the price!

quiet area after being in a loud festival all weekend

nothing i didn’t like. other than not having enough towels for our 3-night stay, the door was hard to lock.

The room was clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable.

It could have used an upholstery chair . I had to be taken to the hospital on the second day of my visit. I requested a 1 day refund since I was in the hospital. They told me they couldn’t do that because I wasn’t checked out by 11 AM.

Clean, good value!

My stay at as awful. My room reeked of smoke. When I called to ask about it, the front desk did not answer and I had to use my cell phone to call. They told me it was a a non smoking room. I woke up sick from the smoke and I insisted on a new room. The entire facility was dirty. The breakfast was not even edible and there was no where to sit. The room was hot 88 degrees and the AC didn’t work and the front desk controlled it via WiFi. Once the AC was turned on it was very loud. The entire experience was terrible and there was no enough staff so there was never anyone at the front desk. This hotel was very expensive and I really feel like the entity stay was awful.

Adequate for overnight stay. Comfortable beds.

Better breakfast options would have been nice.

Terrible ownership and management. Illegally makes additional charges to cards without customer signature. Hotel owner staff pocketing money. They also claim deposit refundable but they illegally withhold it even after doing the room inspection and telling you it will be returned but nope, its a scam by ownership. Tried to talk to owner, the guy hangs up on customers and then the lady who we are told is related to owner hangs up on customer instead of letting anyone talk to the owner or leave message for them. Most reviews seem to be fake or family, as it doesn't reflect the actual hotel. Hot water doesn't work, bathtub in rough shape, one room the toilet isnt even bolted down right, rooms smell like smoke, and possible bed bugs as well. Anyways, they are clearly stealing money or they wouldn't hang up on customers when questioned and asking for help. Check your cards for unauthorized charges and to see if they stole your deposit also. Best Western should drop this hotel for there bad business practices. Pay more for another hotel, as.this one isnt worth the savings. You would think the owner would want to make sure acts like this isn't happening but seems he okay with it, since staff instructed to hang up on customers.

Got my room then around 1030pm someone tried to come into my room. The clerk double booked my room. Woke me up.

Being interrupted in my sleep

The room was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great location right off I 75

We tried to get the air conditioner on and we're unsuccessful. So it was quite hot in there over night.

Affordable, no frills lodging. An updated old-school motel. Simple overnight reservation needed for a wedding. Got a nice clean bed, clean bathroom/shower area and no bad odors or pests. For $90 a night, it exceeded my expectations.

Pillows were hard as a rock, gave me and the wife a little headache in the morning. Only gripe I had!

Motel didn't seem much from the outside, but the room was a surprise ... modern, clean, homey. Good price but I'd rather be safe (see comment below).

Location didn't seem to be a great area. Wasn't sure how safe it really was. Other guests seemed to be less quality than other hotels. Breakfast was just Ok. They closed it by 9:00am (maybe 10:00am), which is early for a weekend. I told management but they didn't seem to care. Orange juice wasn't the real stuff.

Each room’s door had direct exterior access. Would have preferred a hotel with access to room from inside of the facility.

A comfortable room with continental breakfast a short distance off the I 75.

It seemed a bit overrated for what it is.

It was modernity decorated, and very clean. It had everything g we needed.

No towel bars, odd material on floors, but also nice that it wasn’t carpet, which can get icky. And of course, the price was outrageous because of the eclipse. But what could we do?
