Very good location: - 3 min to walk to nearest restaurant, mini-market, bakery, exchange service, ATM; - 5 min to walk to beach: about 100m and about 50 stairs. Apartments are mostly equipped with everything needed to cook, cutlery for 5 people are available as well (but no more). We were given 60 min for 12 days of free air conditioning. It's 5 hours per day, and that's enough even during very warm periods (~34 C).
No space outdoor for children to play and adults to have a rest on open air. It will be grate to have a kind of marquise on the balcony (one with sea view) to not make it so hot because of direct sun. Bath towels were not changed within 12 days. Bedclothes were changed only ones. Extra air-conditioning time is for 0,5EUR per hour.
