Парковка біля готелю. Постійно треба було шукати власника іншого автомобіля, щоб виїхав, бо парковка маленька і автомобілі стоять у два ряди.

Розташування апартаментів відповідає опису. До пляжу реально йти 5 хвилин, но дорога крута вниз. В середині кімнати кондиціонер , сан вузел, душова кабінка, умивальник чисті та працюють відмінно. Запах сирості та плісняви відсутній. Кухонна техніка працює відмінно. Кімната простора та чиста. Ліжка широкі та зручні. Балкон великий, з виглядом на море. До Центра Оміша, пішки 30 хвилин, на машині 5 хвилин. До найближчого магазина 1 хвилина.
Вечором, коли всі мешканці повертаються з моря, починаються проблеми з електрикою у всіх номерах цього будинку. Виникає перегрузка в електромережі. На протязі години, а саме з 18.30 до 19.30. Не працюють електроплита, електрочайник та кондиціонер. Якщо в дану годину мешканців мало в сусідніх апартаментах, то з напругою все гаразд. Вночі покусають комарі, якщо не закриєте двері на балкон.

Lage, Parkplatz, Strand waren top!!! Personal war lieb. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Steiler Weg vom Strand zum Appartment, aber das wurde für den wunderschönen Strand/Meer sehr gerne in Kauf genommen. Gehweg zum Strand waren 4min und der Rückweg zum Appartment dementsprechend zirka 8min. (Mit Kinderwagen schwierig)
