It was very clean, nicely supplied with kitchenware.
There was basically no heating only an AC in the kitchen which is far from adequate to heat the two bedrooms. There was a tiny electrical heater but it was faulty and thus causing a blackout almost every day. For that matter the small studio is on the same electrical circuit and hence it cannot support the two apartments at the same time.
Also watch out for the boiler as it has enough hot water for about 1.5 people (depends on the person) but in a cold weather with little to no heating people tend to stay under the hot water longer.
