An amazing stay, very welcoming staff. We had issues at the airport with renting a vehicle so had to get a taxi amd stayed open later for us. Food was amazing rooms clean and fully equipped and the beach beautiful

The room was large, well designed and very clean. the building is very interesting and they had private parking on premise.
We tried to reserve a massage at the spa but there seems to have been a mix-up. I messaged through booking, they were expecting an email. So, no massage but we did go to the spa for about 45 minutes - this cost us 60 euros and was not really worth it. We stayed in the jaccuzi for a while and then the wet sauna but everything was kind of dark/dim and the music there was quite loud and the floors were wet (where they should not have been).
The breakfast was OK but not really anything special.

The staff are so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It is a beautiful location and the buildings themselves are quite impressive. We stayed in the Fornace Suits, a converted mill, and it was absolutely stunning. So clean, so we'll presented and you can't hear any outside noise when inside. The bed is so comfy and the bath is a great feature.
I asked the staff if they had anything I could put in the bath like bubble bath or bath salts, from the spa. They did not but said they'd see what they could do. Came back from dinner to find they'd left me a fizzing star from Sephora!! How lovely.
The breakfast was extensive and lovely, the coffee was soo good.

Shame on you booking.com!!! I searched sorrento italy and you give me a property €80 cab or uber from Serrento. Great property and great hotel but nowhere near the attractions of Sorrento!!!!!
