About this house rental
Traditional two bedroom cottage with additional loft, one bath with full shower within walking distance of four access ways to Jenness Beach. Open concept- updated full kitchen , living room chairs and sofa-dining tables inside and on the porch for meals, two queen beds with third queen mattress in loft. Outdoor features include a rinsing station and patio. Note: Personal items including linens, blankets and pillows are not provided.
Walking distance to two restaurants and two convenience stores. Fifteen minutes to Portsmouth, NH having hundreds of restaurants, historic sites and entertainment; one hour to Portland, ME and Boston, Ma.

Our vacation was great. The spot and neighborhood was perfect with kids.
There were only two downsides to our vacations:
The first was the listing, for some reason, the location indicated that the house was on the beach, litteraly 30 seconds walk from the sand. It was not the case in reality. It was a 5 minutes walk from the beach. Really not bad. the reason we chose the house was the closeness to the beach. Oh well. Turned out that the real location was better because it was more quiet.
The second was that we had to bring our linens, bath and beahc towels, dish towels, etc. It was listed right so it was not a surprise. But, the absence of a washer dryer made it more difficult to manage the childrens spills and so. It would have been nice to, at least, have dish towels and bed blankets.
In general, we are very happy of our vacation.

Great comfortable cottage, and close walk to beach. Quite neighborhood and you can hear the ocean waves at night. Owners are great and available if something is needed. We plan to stay again.
