East Coast beautifully decorated townhome, just 700' to Jenness Beach on the New Hampshire Seacoast. Enjoy the beach and come home to this well decorated and central air conditioned house. The beautiful back deck is perfect to enjoy the weather! Winter rental is available. The house has central heating and it is fully furnished. Really nice place with easy access to the ocean and beautiful views not far away. Very clean and welcoming.
Add shows a deck and outdoor layout. Unfortunately, we were not notified that we would not have access to the deck, grill, or yard until two days prior to arrival. That was one of the reasons for choosing the property. The deck is being extended and the workers were there each day during my stay with the neighbors stopping by to regularly chat with them. Hopefully, the work will be completed for the renters.
