Location, location,- Beautiful ranch on .75 acres, 1.3 miles from ocean and towns of east Hampton and Amagansett. House is in immaculate condition, newly painted, brand new beds and furniture throughout, including new linens, towels, kitchenware, outdoor grill, child friendly, Lushly landscaped yard w/covered deck, new gunite pool and patio; outdoor shower. Backyard is peaceful & relaxing after a day at the beach, boating,fishing,biking,golfing or kayaking. Many restaurants ,shopping, theaters & art galleries w/in minutes.

We had such a lovely time at this sweet property! Very private backyard with a nice pool and plenty of chairs, outdoor dining, and yard to play on. Private office for dad to work from, multiple comfy areas to lounge and relax together — including a recently renovated basement level. Communicating with our hosts was easy peasy and they were so friendly and helpful at every step. Highly recommend! 🤗

We had a great time at this property, lovely modern, clean home. Loads of space. The owners are very nice and easy to deal with. Close to restaurants, groceries etc great location. We would definitely stay again.

Great location close to town/beach/restaurants. All the pictures of the house are accurate and the family was a great host family! Always available when needed!
