Amazing room!!

The room and the pool

Gorgeous rooms, pool area and courtyard. Couldn’t fault it (and I always find fault 😂). Matheau at reception was very helpful, we were able to get an early check in which was great. Everything was immaculate, great shower products, coffee machine. 5 star experience!

Wasn’t as convenient as I thought to get into Dubrovnik. Buses were sporadic, taxis and ubers very expensive (but we were there during high season)

What an AMAZING stay in Dubrovnik - Villa Diamond is a HIDDEN GEM. We were so happy to have found this hotel and we can't wait to visit again. The property is just beautiful - everything is new and modern and spacious. The room was very large and a great size for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 young kids). Mateo at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. He went out of his way to ensure that everything was to our liking, and that we had everything we needed. There were some great amenities too - bath robes for everyone, great shampoos and body washes, and everything else you might need. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and the beach was a quick 5 minute walk. We had parking on site, which was great given that parking is tough in Dubrovnik. It was a quick Uber ride back and forth to the main city, about 11 minutes away. Overall, we couldn't have asked for me. Terrific stay, and great value.

Nothing - it really was magical and perfect.

Points positifs : Échanges fluides et rapides avec la personne en charge de notre arrivée. L’arrivée et le départ se font en autonomie, ce qui est pratique. Possibilité également de garer sa voiture, ce qui est un vrai plus.

Points négatifs : Pour un établissement annoncé comme 5 étoiles, certaines prestations sont absentes : pas de service de chambre ni de petit-déjeuner. La piscine n’était pas nettoyée lors de notre séjour. Certes nous sommes venus en mai, mais le niveau de prestation devrait rester à la hauteur du standing annoncé. Par ailleurs, il faut savoir que la piscine donne directement sur un centre commercial, ce qui n’offre pas la vue la plus agréable.
