Four season dog friendly home located near lake Winnipesaukee in the private community of Suissevale, Moultonborough.
July and August are weekly rentals, Saturday - Saturday. Off season 2-night minimum.
The house is fully equipped for your convenience, whether you want to relax on the couch and watch a movie or log into your Netflix account and binge a series while enjoying the electric fireplace on a chilly evening. Play one of the many board games or a little competition on our foosball table. If you love cooking our kitchen is fully equipped to do any type of cooking, you like.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 King bedroom with crib, 2 Queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom on the lower level with 6 twin beds (2 times 2 twins over twin bunks). The lower level also has a bar and a living room area with a fireplace and TV.
Enjoy our fully fenced in yard with an outdoor gas grill and a large picnic table to eat outside on nice days with family or friends. In the evening relax around the outdoor firepit with plenty of seats for everyone to enjoy the fire or make some smores.
Our house is also perfect for children, we have a full-sized crib and a pack and play with mattress, highchair and a stroller available for you and a lot of toys and games for kids to entertain them.
Tennis, volleyball and basketball available for you.
Private beach at lake Winnipesaukee 1mile down the road with playground for kids, volleyball court, picnic tables and BBQ grills. We provide a beach pass to park at the beach for your convenience.
Close to ski resort Abenaki, 5 min drive from Castle in the clouds. 12 miles to Wolfeboro.

Very comfortable house, very convenient to a lot of things to do (beach, shop, restaurants, hiking, etc.). Hosts Tamara & Nick were great, very helpful, very available but gave us our place. A pleasure staying in their house - we'll be back!!

I never write reviews but I have to about this place. First off, you cannot beat the customer service and responsiveness of the host. From the moment I found the house they responded within minutes every single message and this continued throughout our entire stay. Nick allowed us to check in early since they had no one checking out & allowed us to check out a little later so we weren’t rushed in the morning. AMAZING. The house was soooo adorable and clean. They supply towels for each person. We loved the house so much. Easy check in and check out. The beach/boat launch was beautiful and a 2 minute drive ten minute walk. We spent a beautiful day on the boat. We loved our stay & we would 100% recommend and stay again. Thanks so much, nick!
