About this house rental
We have a beautiful newly renovated 5 bedroom vacation home in Center Harbor (between Lake Winnipesaukee and Squam Lake) available for the summer weeks, as well as for non-summer weekends and long-term rentals. We just finished completely rehabbing the interior, so everything is new. The house directly overlooks Center Harbor Village on one side and is just steps from Lake Winnipesaukee on the other side. The house has sweeping views of the Lake. It comfortably sleeps 12 people and is large enough for 2 (possibly 3) families vacationing together.
1st Floor–
Living Room/Kitchen Great Room – Large room w/ 75” flat-screen HDTV, sectional sofa and coffee table, granite breakfast island, huge windows providing breathtaking views of the Lake
Dining Room – new table which seats 8-10 people
Bedroom #1 with queen bed
Full Bathroom
2nd Floor
Bedroom #2 with queen bed
Bedroom #3 with queen bed
Bedroom #4 with twin bed and full bed (three beds total)
Bedroom #5 with bunk beds, twin and trundle bed (four beds total)

Detached Game House –55” flat screen HDTV, sofas, dart board, cornhole, etc. Great hangout spot for pre-teens and teenagers

Our home is just a short distance to everything you need for a memorable vacation:
– a public beach, basketball court and playground a couple minutes’ walk away
– great restaurants within walking distance
– ice cream stand across the street
– kayaking rental business next door
– neighborhood retail (e.g., coffee shop, arts & crafts store, supermarket, liquor store, hardware store – all walking distance)
– the Lake!
The house has cable television, two HDTVs, WiFi, gas grill, ceiling fans throughout, washer/dryer, linens, beach chairs, beach towels
Please note that the house does not come with a dock, but there is a boat launch about a 1 minute walk away

This house was great for a large family. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for 4 adults and 2 kids. The location wasn’t great. It’s on the lake but you can’t get to it because of the discarded equipment and overgrown brush and the front yard is on a VERY busy road.

Really nice property and hosts instructions of how to get in and all info provided were perfect. The house could definitely have been cleaned better. The night stands had stains on them the windows were pretty dirty the freezer had ice cream that was eaten out of in it. The house was on the market and we had multiple people stop by and ask about the property and interrupt our family time. One of which that got very upset that we were just guests. Overall good experience but just wish we didn’t have strangers showing up about the house.

Great location, great house. Ten of us were very comfortable. Walk to the beach, the boat rental, and local restaurants. The description is very accurate. Dave is a good communicator --- responses to questions were quick.

My family and I stayed a long weekend and we loved that everything was in walking distance, stores restaurants beach boat rentals etc.. As well as easy travel to other small towns around the lake. Lovely spot. Everyone had their own room and 3 bathrooms! Perfect.
