It may be a tad inconvenient to get up the 5th floor, but the view from the balcony is worth it. We sat and watched dolphins in the ocean while enjoying our meals

My family and I had a very pleasant stay eat Sea. Coast Condos. The only recommendation I would make is for the staff to explain the use of umbrellas, and other equipment for guests. We were not aware of the availability or even if it was free to guests. No big deal.

The stay was good as usual, but the internet service really needs to be updated. We could never get a signal and with everyone having electronics it is vital to have internet service.

My family has vacationed in the Daytona area for many years (from Canada). This year we thought we would try New Smyrna Beach, and glad we did.
We rented Appartement 503 and we’re so pleased with the condo. The size was perfect and the unit was very clean. We had a great view from the balcony and enjoyed the no car beach. The location was exactly what we were looking for, beach front and away from large crowds (our visits was mid March). There is a convenience store across the street and just down the road is a Publix.
The only negative, which is extremely disappointing, was the WiFi. The WiFi is spotty at best and we were only able to use it close to the patio door and bedroom window. If there was an issue you had to wait for the office staff to come in to work next to reset the modem. We left on a Sunday morning and the modem went out at 5:05p.m. Friday, this left us mo means of verifying and pershing our online bookings.
We were looking for a condo which we could return to on a regular basis, unfortunately due to the WiFi issue we will have to pass on this one.
