If you want to be located in the center of Pensacola Beach, then your search is over! Here you'll be walking distance to the beach, dining, shopping, activities, bars, etc. The Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier is right across the street!

Come stay in your "home away from home" with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths in Deep Water Cove, a large outdoor shared pool and free WiFi in the unit and pool side. Great for families! No-contact check-in and check-out.

Treat yourself to a king-sized bed in the master bedroom that has direct back balcony access and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and tiled shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and with a 2nd full bathroom with hall access with one sink and a shower/tub combo. There is a queensize sleeper sofa so the unit can accommodate 6 adults comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you’ll need to cook a family meal, if you choose. In addition, there’s a beverage fridge for water bottles, beverage cans, wine bottles, etc., a toaster oven and a microwave. For coffee/tea drinkers, we provide both a Keurig & a traditional drip coffee maker.
The living area and both bedrooms have a TV with an Amazon Fire Stick for streaming programs.
The unit has its own large, covered back balcony which is perfect for morning tea coffee while planning the day. In the evening, enjoy a beverage on the front balcony while taking in our beautiful sunsets with views of the Gulf of Mexico and Little Sabine Bay.

There is an outdoor shower at the base of the south stairwell for rinsing off.

This condo is on the 3rd (top) floor so you won't have any loud walking above you! There are 2 stairwells-one on each end of the building. The unit is not wheelchair accessible.

Each unit is only allowed 2 cars to park on the property. There is 1 reserved parking space. A 2nd vehicle can park in a "Visitor" space on a first-come/first-served basis but there's plenty of free parking across the street at Casino Beach. There's no need to worry about beach traffic because you'll be walking distance to Gulf of Mexico, over 15 restaurants, over 10 bars, over a dozen shops, Laguna's and Quietwater Beach Boardwalk. Casino Beach and the Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier are just across the street. For those with small children that want calmer waters, Santa Rosa Sound is a very short walk away.

We are one of the few rentals that provide guests with a clothes washer and dryer so it's easy to keep items clean during your stay.

We provide beach chairs, beach towels & beach umbrella. There are many companies on the island that rent scooters, golf carts, bikes, paddle boards, water equipment, etc.

-Minimum age to rent is 25. No exceptions.
-A signed Short-Term Rental Agreement and copy of a government issued ID is required.
-Vrbo offers optional choices for Property Damage Protection for accidental damages as well as Travel Protection due to illness or injury. We do not collect any damage deposit amount up front but you can be charged up to $500 via Vrbo's damage claim system if you or your guests cause damage to the unit. If damages exceed that amount, you will be billed directly.
-This property is not available for long term rentals.
-This property is not handicapped accessible.
-The property has a private dock and sand area on Little Sabine Bay for use by residents and guests only. Slips are privately owned and not available for rent.
