We stayed at Villa Savine for four days and were delighted with the cleanliness of the kitchen and living room. Every detail and every decoration makes this house very special. Our overall rating was 3 because our king mattress was very saggy and uncomfortable to sleep on and if your mattress is uncomfortable you will not have a good day the next day. Another area we gave a one star rating was the floors. Did the cleaning team 'forget' that they also had to clean the floors?
This goes against the management company and we believe they owe us half of the cleaning fee because we had to clean the floors. We informed them about the problem but they never replied
