I liked how close it was to the beach. The rooms were very spacious and clean. It came with a high chair, playpen and a booster seat for little kids. The view was beautiful. The people that stayed on the property were polite and quiet neighbors. There is no “front desk” you need to check into, you just walk right up to your room.
There is a code for the gate to get in the parking lot, a code for a gate to get in the elevator and a 10 number code to get into your actual door. The safety is great but omg there was so many steps just to get to your room. There was no wifi for your phones while we stayed but it worked for the tvs. (It rained a lot while we were there so we couldn’t go out much.) The furniture and decor was very outdated but that’s not really high on my list of important things to have. There was only one couch and it was very uncomfortable. The cable TV didn’t work at all and the dvd player in the bedroom didn’t work either. BUT the Roku in the living room worked fine. The tv in the bedroom was an old one and only had a dvd player since there was no cable. There also wasn’t a broom and dustpan to clean up sand you’re obviously going to track in while staying at the beach.
