Sound Checkin Process. All went smoothly. Got what you need. Beds were Fresh. AC worked well.
Apart from Bed rooms werent the cleanest. Hostel style kinda. But the pricetag is a bit too high for that standard imo. Dust, Cobwebs n stuff. But wasn't suoer dirty eithet. Fan was dead.

Miss Garcia is very friendly and helpful Two bedrooms with kitchen and bath convenient walking to ferry and nearby coffee and restaurants
The downstairs apartment is nice but bedroom 1 window faces a vacant lot with many roosters who scream even at 2 am and early morning despite earplugs. The interior bedroom was better according to my kids.
