Everything was clean, the room and the bed were quite big and there was A//C in the room. The shared bathroom (between 3 rooms) was clean. The staff let us store our luggages safely in the reception.
Some members of the staff could be a bit awkward but thats all. Everything fit the description on booking.

We got clean towels everyday
The whole 'hotel' was one single appartement with 3 rooms and you need to got 4 keys (for 4 doors) to get to the appartment. The elevator was very slow and sketchy and there is a somewhat shared bathroom, you need to leave the room into the shared space to get to the bathroom. The outer rooms could just walk into that bathroom aswell (we were told they had there own bathroom). The doors were a little broken, the water pressure was bad, the sink shut itself and let little to no water through, the bed was thin and there was not actually a 'normal' blanket (just raschel blanket). The tv didnt work and some of the electrical outlets didn't work either. The walls were thin,
