The property is very well located at the heart of Tortugero and fully surrounded by nature. A huge iguana has been chilling on the patio tree during our stay :) Place is clean, bed super comfortable and balcony hammock a plus to chill during the evening!

Hotel was great. Clean and spacious!
We went on the canoe tour offered by the hotel because of the good reviews on booking, but our guide’s English was very poor and we didn’t understand most stories he told us on the way. We felt disappointed so book a tour with another company!

Location and style was good. Nice balcony with hammock.
Some staff were quite aloof; got the impression they were not bothered about customer service. So didn’t ask for their advice about tours, local anemities etc.

Very little service, sheets a bit old and frayed, nothing special, did the job.
