Lokalizacja świetna, plus za taras na dachu. Duże przestronne mieszkanie z wieloma sypialniami. Idealne dla dużych grup lub rodzin.

Duża kuchnia, ale sprzęty ledwo działające (piekarnik, zmywarka)… Patelnie także po solidnych przejściach… Kanapa w salonie jest zdecydowanie do wymiany, bez gąbki, sama tektura obłożona tylko pokrowcem udaję kanapę. Dobra cena, jest adekwatna do jakości mieszkania jako pomieszczeń, które wymagają zadbania i odświeżenia, np. odpadający tynk z sufitu. Ale podstawowe sprzęty, które się użytkuje w mieszkaniu powinny być co najmniej na użytkowym poziomie.

Locatie ligt vlak bij het strand en het station. Goed te bereiken vanaf Barcelona en per auto ook centraal genoeg om andere plaatsen te bezoeken zoals Montserrat en Girona. Het appartement heeft ook een ruim dakterras waar je lekker kunt zitten en barbequen.

De banken zijn aan vervanging toe, net zoals de tafel in de woonkamer. Het appartement oogt wat oud, mag wel eens een keer gerenoveerd worden. Het appartement ligt aan een drukke weg en een treinspoor, wat wel veel geluid geeft. Dus oordoppen 's nachts is aan te raden.

Los problemas eléctricos de tensión, que no permitía usar los artefactos eléctricos al mismo tiempo; el horno no pudimos usarlo nunca por ejemplo. Al piso le faltaba un poco de mantenimiento

Pros: proximity to several restaurants and the beach. Very spacious apartment. The kitchen is large and well supplied. lovely tiling on the wall. I liked the artwork. There are super markets very close. Firm mattresses that I found comfortable. It is clean.

Cons: There is a very busy street and the train runs right in front of the apartment. It is very noisy. There are no screens on any of the windows. There is only AC in the foyer, living room and 1 of the 5 bedrooms. There are fans in the rooms, but some did not work, and my fan was very noisy (rattles and shakes and kept my kids awake). The dressers and wardrobes are in need of replacement, and at the very least should be mounted/bolted to the wall. One wardrobe fell over (when closing the door) and onto my friend’s child and bruised her arm. There is a recalled dresser from IKEA that should be secured to the wall because it has been known to cause injuries and deaths. The shower drains are clogged and held a lot of water while showering. TIP- be sure to plug in the washer and turn on the water supply before using it. We didn’t know the water was turned off and thought it just wasn’t working. The power went out on us twice and we had to flip the breakers to get it back. Lots of peeling paint throughout; could use a little bit of TLC. Several of the dining chairs are very wobbly.
