Luxury Alhambra Penthouse Collection

Location, balcony and view. The apartment is lovely and has view far stretching views to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada. Like many tourists you spend more time out of the accommodation than in it but when you are it's comfortable. The Victoria car park is across the road and there are two lifts to the top floor. If you have vertigo the balcony may not be for you and if you don't like church bells ... well the church is across the road. We loved the bells.... and despite any negatives would stay again but please fix the negatives as it's a great apartment! 25min walk to the Alhambra and 5 mins to the Cathedral.

Despite the positives there is room for improvement as mentioned by other guests. The bed mattress needs renewing as despite a mattress topper you still roll into the centre of the bed (left side sleeper only). The following are minor points but should be considered by the owners to make the experience of the customer better :- All the sharp knives are blunt and very very old. The shower leaks water into the bathroom meaning you are wetting towels etc to stem the flow. There are no hooks anywhere for towels and no toilet roll holder. The outside seating needs new cushions to allow you to enjoy the view. Some people may not like the fact that the bathroom has a clear glass panel to the side meaning the toilet area is also open to view near to the desk area but not really and issue for couples or singles.

The hosts were quick to respond and helpful. The location and view are amazing.

The amenities were not very comfortable. The bed should be updated as well as the couch (the cushions would slide off as you tried to sit). There were also no hooks in the bathroom or bedroom to hang towels, no hand towel, few supplies (ie, no facial tissue, only 2 coffee portions).
