It was such a cozy place! Check-in was smooth and easy, and it’s a great option for larger groups. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center, directly in front of El Corte Inglés. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and even the taxi stand was right in front of the property. Super convenient location!
The AC wasn’t as cold as we would have liked, but I think it was partly because we happened to visit during one of the hottest weeks in Granada. Other than that, everything was great!

Excellent location, very friendly/responsive management, great space for large family, and working elevator to make taking luggage up/down easier.
Place had an overwhelming sewage odor (as noted in previous reviews), our water shut off briefly/without explanation as we were preparing to check out, there were insufficient toiletries and towels (we requested soap bars and extra towels, received soap), one of the bathroom doors was difficult to close and the other didn't lock.
