Spacious, Beautifully Furnished Villa With Private Pool And Sea Views

Villa was amazing, pictures do not do it justice. Brilliant pool. The villa has so much space inside and out.Excellent location just a few minutes drive to beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars and the marina. Faultless communication with host. Would highly recommend.

We are regular visitors to this area and this was our first time at this property. The host was fantastic, great communication with an easy check-in. When arriving in the property the first think we noticed was how clean and fresh is smelt and looked. Definitely one of the best we have ever been in. The cleaning team were very friendly when visiting and helpful. The property was exactly as shown on the images and was in great condition. The pool is very large and well maintained. We would certainly recommend this property for large families, its in a good location near to Guia and around the corner from the oceana. Highly recommend

We stayed for five nights at Vivenda Harmonia as a group of friends and cannot fault the villa at all. From the minute we arrived we could immediately see how stunning the villa and the pool area was. The inside of the villa was immaculate and it had everything we could possibly need! The pool area was amazing and felt like a real luxury. Dave was so easily contactable too throughout, highly recommend!

The property is large, imposing and very well equipped. It has full air conditioning, WiFi and all the useful amenities you could want such as a dishwasher, a washing machine oven, microwave and outside barbeque.It is set in a quiet location behind iron gates, with fantastic views all the way to the coast. The closest supermarket is 2-minutes drive and there are several bars/restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive. Moreover, you can reach 3 different beaches within 10-minutes, but you need to be there early to secure a parking space. That said, they are not excessively busy, so you are not fighting to secure your area of sand! There is a huge double garage that keeps the car both cool and clean and the swimming pool is fantastic.There are 3 double bedrooms and a single room. 2 of the doubles have en suite bathrooms and access to a substantial patio on the top floor and the 3rd double bedroom and the single room share a bathroom on the floor below.The kitchen is large and very well-equipped and the living room/dining room is spacious and generally cool, although we only ever ate on the patio. English terrestrial TV is accessible, but not Sky.We loved this property. David, the owner, was great to work with and the property management firm in Portugal was excellent and very helpful.Truthfully, I don’t think the photos do it justice and I would recommend staying here without hesitation, especially families. The only exception would be for those seeking a busy/noisy nightlife. If that’s the case, this location would not be so suitable.Finally, Faro Airport is 35-minutes away and there is a large shopping mall in Guia, with about 125 stores, just 10-minutes away by car.We certainly intend to return, as we loved it.
