About this villa rental
PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS - YOU WILL NOT ONLY GET A FABULOUS VILLA BUT BRILLIANT SERVICE
Casa Bianca is not only an outstanding 4 bedroom luxury property but is located in a high quality residential area. It is quiet and well away from the noisy tourist areas yet only 5 minutes drive into Albufeira and 5 minutes drive to the fabulous beaches of Sao Raphael. The beaches are only 25 minutes walk but whilst we recommend hiring a car, it's not essential. UBERs are brilliant in the area and very cheap.
The views from the villa are very special, as you will see from the photos.
This villa is a truly outstanding property in a beautiful, peaceful, rural and secluded setting, which affords absolute privacy. In a country setting yet only 5 minutes drive to the gorgeous beaches close to Albufeira, and only 5 minutes drive to the Old Town or the New Town (The "Strip" as it is sometime known).
There is a good supermarket, also selling UK products, within walking distance as well as cafes and restaurants.
There is easy access to the A22 motorway and the EN125; driving time to Faro airport is 30 to 35 minutes with Vilamoura only 15 to 20 minutes drive away.
In terms of accommodation the villa is on 2 floors with the main living areas on the ground floor. There is a large lounge/dining room that are stylishly furnished with a special atrium feature (see photo) and are fully air conditioned. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD player with patio doors opening out to the pool area and garden.
There is a large fully fitted kitchen with everything you would expect from dishwasher to microwave. All items are very high quality as are the utensils and crockery. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and iron / iron board..
Also on the ground floor is a large twin bedroom with shower room, fully air conditioned and with fitted wardrobes.
First floor accommodation includes a master bedroom, air conditioned of course, with en suite facilities. Two further twin bedrooms that share a full bathroom. Both have access through patio doors to a very large terrace that overlooks the pool and garden with fabulous sea views.
The property is fully double glazed and has an alarm system, satellite TV, fully air-conditioned, Wifi internet, BBQ, automatic garden irrigation system, and solar panels for hot water. There is a driveway and parking area and entry is by electronic gates.
No villa can be considered without the pool and here we have one that it not only large but can be heated with an additional charge (must be requested at least one week in advance - Please check for costs).
Cots and high chairs are available for children, as is an additional bed for a young teenager (note only 8 adults can be accommodated).
The owner will be happy to speak to you before or after the booking is confirmed to give you more information and to answer any questions.
Part of the service are the local Villa Managers, Nuno and Rogerio. Often property owners ask guests to arrive at a property, sometimes late at night, and a key is under the mat or in a security box; we think this is awful. You are met by Nuno or Rogerio and you will be provided with their contact details before arrival; this way you have a point of contact if you get lost, experience delays or just need some comfort to find your way around.
Please note, not all of the items displayed in the photos will be available as they are personal items.
There will be no construction works within the villa during the summer months. However, we cannot be held responsible for any work that may take place at other nearby properties. The local Council generally prohibits heavy construction activity between 1st July and 31st August.
If you experience any significant noise disturbances, for example, loud music from neighbouring properties, please report the matter immediately to the Villa Manager.

NOTE 2 - WHEN BOOKING A VILLA YOU SHOULD ENSURE THE VILLA IS LICENSED BY THE LOCAL COUNCIL IN PORTUGAL. IF NOT IT WILL NOT HAVE BEEN INSPECTED BY THE COUNCIL AND AWARDED A SAFETY CERTIFICATE. THIS VILLA IS LICENSED BY ALBUFEIRA COUNCIL.
NOTE 3 - GROUPS OF YOUNG SINGLE MALES AND FEMALES, STAG & HEN PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED
NOTE 4 - CAR HIRE IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT DESIRABLE
NOTE 5 - THE POOL CAN BE HEATED UPON REQUEST (5 DAYS NOTICE REQUIRED) AT ADDITIONAL COST BUT NOT DURING JUNE, JULY & AUGUST.
NOTE 6 - PRICES FOR 2027 HAVE NOT YET BEEN UPDATED AND WON'T BE UNTIL MID-2026.

It was are friends 60th we stayed here for 4 nights we absolutely loved the villa Ken who I booked with was brilliant good communication with the information he sent us was spot on nothing was too much trouble I asked if he could arrange for 2 bottles of Prosecco on are arrival and he said he would ask Nuno who was the manager I also asked if we could have a 60th balloon but he said he wasn’t sure because Nuno was a very busy man . When we arrived at the villa Nuno was just a few minutes away he had 2 bottles of Prosecco and a balloon hid away in a bedroom we thought that was a nice touch nothing was too much trouble he even took us to the supermarket to get us some groceries nothing was too much Ken and Nuno was lovely . we had to get Ubers to get into the old town but they were easy to get would definitely recommend this villa and would stay again

Our original accommodation fell through at the very last minute. Ken was the first to respond. He was so helpful and Nuno locally sprang into action getting everything ready so quickly. Lovely house in a convenient location (though suggest you need a car or lots of Uber’s if you leave the pool!). Plenty of space and had everything we needed. It is loud inside as there are a lot of hard surfaces / tile floors so noises echo but the neighbourhood is very peaceful and super easy drive to gorgeous beaches. The longer we stayed the more we enjoyed it. Ken and Nuno could not have been more helpful. Thank you! A true knight in shining armour!

Absolutely brilliant villa, just what we needed, Ken and nuno the managers were brilliant, told us where to eat and what was in the area . The villa was immaculate and very well equipped. We used ubers everywhere as the where cheap and easy. Can’t wait to come back.

The house was very clean and provided plenty of space for our family of four. Location is perfect - quiet, residential neighbourhood but only a short five minutes drive away from the beautiful Galé beach and also close the a number of very nice restaurants. Nuno, the local property manager was available 24/7 for any questions and always happy to help.
We've had a truly relaxing time!
