It is located in Sesmarias a very quiet area , without movement of cars. Conducive to relaxation the outer zone
this villa vacation, is very beautiful and offers plenty of privacy, ideal for families, with large private pool, very sunny facing east, with ample space. It has an excellent barbecue with shed, ideal for outdoor dining. The beach is 1km from Lourenço, and 2 minutes by car has the beaches of St. Rafael, Castelo, Evaristo, Galé, Salgados and the Salgados golf course. You still have the Albufeira Marina and 4 Km from Albufeira has low with nightlife, live music, bars and nightclubs, with a variety of shops open until 1am and Crafts . 250 meters from the villa, has restaurants and bars,500 meters has 2 supermarkets with ATM, and 900 meters has Apolonia Supermarket Gourmet and
Restaurant Vila Joya with the only Michelin **.
This accommodation has 3 rooms with air conditioning (hot and cold) and 2 bathrooms.

We have just had the most relaxing 2 weeks here. Very quiet, immaculately kept gardens and outdoor areas. We really enjoyed the location too. Just a short walk to restaurants, bars, shops and beaches. This made a big difference. We hired a car and used it for some supermarket runs and to go to different beaches. And Uber to/ from Albufeira old town was between 6-8. Hosts are great, very easy to communicate with. Entry/leaving was all super-easy. We’ll be coming back for sure.

It was the first time that we went back to a previous villa. It is perfectly situated and very quiet. The outside area is perfect. Unfortunately we had a lot of bad weather for the first time, whick required us to spend more time inside the villa. There it is a bit outdated and only one of the two showers is working properly

Great Hosts, location, facilities.
Would definitely recommend if you want peace and quiet, little to no noise during our stay of 7 nights end Sept 2024. Car required, unless you don't mind walking or using taxi's.
