พนักงานบริการดีมากทุกคน เข้าใจว่าเป็นโรงแรมเก่าแก่แต่ดูแลให้อยู่ในสภาพดี หลังแช่ออนเซ็นมีไอติมให้ทานฟรี ใกล้ๆโรงแรมมี 7 -11 และซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต ห้องพักมีอุปกรณ์ครบทุกสิ่ง
จริงๆดีทุกอย่าง แต่ถ้าเป็นไปได้ อยากให้ปรับปรุงรสชาติของอาหาร ไม่ได้แย่แต่ไม่ได้รู้สึกอร่อย เมื่อเทียบกับที่พักอื่น ถ้าปรับปรุงรสชาติได้จะยอดเยี่ยมมาก
