Simply one of the finest and most pleasant and relaxing places we have stayed anywhere. The room is sumptuously comfortable, the decor is stylish and tasteful. The house and grounds are delightful and welcoming. Lynn as a host was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. Really helpful to have excellent suggestions of nice local places to eat and fresh milk each day for the room.

Lovely quiet location, in easy driving distance of beaches, Berwick town centre and castles.
The garden was beautifully kept, our rooms were elegant, spotless and comfortable.
Lots of lovely finishing touches, beautifully decorated
Lynne the owner was friendly and a great host, she greeted us with afternoon tea on the lawn when we arrived.

The only comment I would make is that Booking.coms description of the hotel didn’t make it clear that our private bathroom wasn’t en-suite
It didn’t matter as it was in our area of the hotel down a short hallway
The bathroom esp the bath was lovely
