Location, cleanliness of apartment, nice to have reasonable sized balcony and spacious apartment. Having a lift was very helpful. Plenty of hangers in wardrobes and reasonable space.
Although the bathroom was very small, it was functional. However, the water from shower does have issues with going cold mid shower! Some of the bedroom drawers need repairing. The pillows were tired and need replenishing.

Excellent location
Obviously an owner/ occupier unit full of their decorations or which you must be careful. Needs a instruction sheet for TV and electrical gear - and has the worlds smallest bathroom

Great location and easy to find from the tram. We’ll equipped apartment.
Some renovations being undertaken in the adjoining apartment however because we were out most of the day the noise didn’t affect us too much.
