I stayed two weeks over Christmas with my four kids and dog. The space is excellent for a large family. The large ensuite and shower was a slice of heaven away from the kids who also had a full 4 piece washroom that is accessible from the pool area and rest of house. So many beautiful places to enjoy a morning coffee. Great location. Close to shopping, mini putt, grocery stores and beautiful boardwalk. Excellent response from host. Will be back.

the overall stay was good this was our first time renting A HOME IN Florida the home needs a little better upkeep burned out light bulbs a very dirty curtain that goes out to the pool love seat in living room a broken leg but overall the place was location was good would i stay there again? most definitly thank you

My husband and 2 kids enjoyed this great home in Cape Coral! Nice location in a quiet neighborhood and close to grocery shopping and other conveniences. The home is nicely appointed and has a great layout. The beds are comfortable. The pool was the perfect temperature (we paid extra to make sure it was heated) and very clean. We loved the outdoor eating space and that the pool was screened in. It was great having a bathroom right off the pool for the kids. Having in home laundry was ideal. My only complaint is that the water inside the home from all faucets and showers had a very strong sulfur smell. This was very off putting. Otherwise a great stay!

The house is everything ok, except the pool is not a heating pool in the winter time, and the pool deck has a lot of ants. The location of the house is far from the 75. It took 30 minutes to get to the free way. Anyway, we had an experience about the Cape Coral area.
