Arrived at 1pm and had to wait until 3pm. If you’re looking for a quiet hotel this is definitely not for you. Entertainment throughout the day gives guests at the poolside plenty of options. Entertainment at night incredibly loud up to 11pm. All entertaining staff incredibly friendly Not so the front desk staff and dining room staff. A smile wouldn’t go a miss. Bar staff had their favourites. Hotel very dominant of French Clientele. The food was very well presented and there was a decent choice but it is not geared towards British tourists. Appreciate we are in Morocco but really lacked the basic option if you’re not into Moroccan Food.

The amazing staff, the location, the amenities, the food, the service - Flawless! Travelling alone it was clear that everyone at the hotel was looking out for me - very attentive, helpful & friendly combined with sheer professionalism. I dont usually leave reviews but feel compelled to reassure anyone thinking of going here....Go! 🥰

Surprised by all the negative reviews. Friendly staff, excellent choice of food, clean rooms and grounds. Own private beach and close to shops, restaurants etc. Would definitely return.
