Place is managed by Vacasa which gave us 24hr access to customer service. We checked in at 1130pm after a full day drive and was given incorrect keypad #. Was able to get ahold of someone for correct keypad # even at 1130PM. Place had everything needed for homemade dinners. Awesome queen over queen bunk. Some suggestions: installing a door in the master bdrm, which seems to be a converted loft. You could hear everything if others wake up before you do. The wall heater in downstairs bdrm made horrendous metal banging sound the 1st morning there. No idea what it was, glad it didnt continue rest of the week we were there.

Simple truth: This is a decent condo, but it is not perfect. There are some issues that I have mentioned privately to the owners, so if they fix those issues, this might even be worth staying in a second time. If they do not fix those issues, my family will not stay here again.
