We had a great stay at this condo. It was exactly what we were hoping for! It had plenty of space, and with three beds plus a comfortable pull-out couch, it fit our group perfectly. The location was fantastic—being so close to the main village made everything easy and convenient. The condo was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook several meals during our stay.While the decor is a bit dated and the unit doesn’t get a lot of natural light, neither of those things detracted from our experience. The price reflected those trade-offs, and we felt it was an excellent value for the space and location. Overall, it had everything we needed, and we would happily stay here again.

The condo was comfortable and as advertised. Rooms could have been cleaner but it seems overall in Mammoth that service in general is a c average. The location is great. It is very close to the village. The pool and spa could have been cleaner also. Seemed as though staff does just enough to get buy. Bring towels for the pool. Other nearby locations we have stayed offer towels for the pool and spa this one does not. Staff in the office were not friendly.

Easy to book, property mgmt was great. Property was very clean and well appointed. Location was a short walk to the village and a short drive to town. If it's <32° I recommend requesting the heaters are set to a minimum. Check in is 4pm and our heaters were all off so it was unbelievably cold and took a long time to heat up all but the room with twin beds. Walls are a bit thin so bring earplugs in case you have disrespectful neighbors like we did. To be fair it appears most buildings are roughly the same age and likely similarly insulated so not property specific, just a friendly recommendation.

Great location and the check in was a breeze. Condo is a good size for four people; 6 would be quite tight. The biggest complaint is it is SO dark. Windows only on two sides and lighting insufficient and outdated. The chandeliers had cobwebs and ceiling beams are very dusty. Kitchen is well stocked. If this is what your budget allows then you'll be happy with location; personally I will spend more next time and go somewhere more updated.
