About this house rental
Easy stroll to the beach from this beautiful new construction (2019) with ocean views from the wrap around deck. Located in Emerald Beach, you will be in the perfect location for your vacation. Tall ceilings with beautiful crown molding through out the entire house and three large bedrooms offer comfort for all your guests. The master has a King bed with large walk in closet and custom tiled shower. The living room and bedrooms all have vaulted ceilings with crown molding, recessed lighting, and remote controlled fans. Rich luxury vinyl plank floors flow throughout the home and are the perfect compliment for the fully stocked custom kitchen.
A fully paved driveway allows you to bring your ATV/UTV down and park it under the house no problems or you can rent our golf cart!

Absolutely beautiful and very well kept home, had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the air fryer mode on oven! Great timely communication with host. If you want to drive up & park directly on the beach, exit neighborhood, turn right and turn right on West Rd - but get there by 10am cause it will likely get packed in busy season.

By far the best VRBO we have ever rented! You walk in and it smells brand new, furniture is nice, décor is perfect and beds are so comfortable. We went to Crystal Beach to have a social distanced break from our house and it was perfect. We cooked every meal at there (plenty of pots, pans and baking sheets), had no neighbors and felt very safe in our spot on the beach. Our favorite part was renting the golf cart from Ali, I’m not sure how we would have gotten everything down to the beach without it. The only issue we encountered was some construction in the early mornings, no fault of Ali’s and we rented during the week, so to be expected. We would hop on the golf cart and head to the beach to have our coffee there instead of the on porch, which was amazing! Also, Ali provided me with her personal cell phone number and responded immediately when I had questions. Positives:-House is modern, beautiful and CLEAN (which is very important to me)-Can rent golf cart from owner-Washer and Dryer, a huge plus at the beach-Family friendly beach, we had an easy time finding spots to ourselves-Can hear ocean in the evenings on the porch-Stocked kitchen-Owner easy to reach and responded quicklyThank you Ali for sharing your beautiful beach house with us! We will definitely be back!
