it is located on the 3rd floor, unfortunately we had a lot of heavy luggage to carry up

It had a lot of beds like in a dorm...
It is very unloved place, not good for family stays. Kitchen is poorly equipped and was not clean. All appliances were old, all apartment infrastructure is outdated, no possibility to lock the WC doors, no place to put your clothes apart from one bedroom. It seems to be created for large party groups, not families...
