Staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful even with the language barrier, room was huge and facilities were excellent, the free meals were really tasty and far better than expected, quite location and will definitely stay here again when returning to Japan
No negatives at all just be aware smoking is permitted in rooms so there is some lingering smell of cigarettes, hotel is approx 10-15 min taxi ride into central Narita.
