The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare meals after a day of mountain adventures. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and private bathroom, while the second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed. With its quiet, secluded setting and updated finishes, this condo is an inviting home base for your Breckenridge getaway.
Guests have access to the shared Columbine Pool, located approximately a five-minute walk from the unit. The complex also offers a free shuttle bus stop right outside, making it easy to explore the area without driving. Pool access is seasonal: the pool typically opens from Memorial Day through Labor Day and again from mid-November through ski area closing day. Please note that the pool is scheduled to be closed September 28 through October 30, 2026.

The condo was a perfect space for our family of 4 to settle in for a quick ski weekend. It was super clean inside upon our arrival, well appointed and was a quick walk to the Quicksilver lift and into town for dinner. We'd definitely stay here again.

Spare key didn't work. Looked to be marked for another unit. Walls could feel quite thin at night, but overall lovely stay.

Amazing location, close to downtown. Perfect size for a small group —we were two friends traveling and loved having separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The place was spotless and well maintained. The gas fireplace in the living roomwas a lovely surprise. Although we did not use the gas grill, and the pool/hot tub were closed for routine maintenance, this condo has luxurious amenities that many don’t. The surrounding area has pristine views and magnificent vistas. And great hikes up VERY HIGH slopes!!!

We enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge. The property was clean, cozy and well equipped. The one downside that we experienced was the very noisy furnace. Throughout the night the heat would turn on and a loud, screeching noise would come through the vents in both bedrooms. Unfortunately, most of us were woken up multiple times throughout the night due to the noise. It was significant enough that we would not stay at the property again.
