Nice tidy apartment suitable for students on placement. All essentials included eg toaster kettle microwave oven TV blankets+pillows. Quick response when TV wasn’t working on arrival.
More stocked kitchen e.g proper sets of cutlery, tidy salt and spices, tea towels. Aware the apartment has had problems with mould for a while - one dehumidifier not cutting it.

Clean, had everything we needed.
The main bedroom, albeit had a dehumidifier in the room, smelt of damp. Come morning, there were also ants crawling on the worktop and sofa.

Location wise it was good for exploring from. The layout itself was well thought out for a small space. Beds were comfortable enough. Decor wise was fine.
Wasn't very clean, mugs were covered in white paint and the worktops and cooker top were greasy and dirty so we didn't cook at all while there. There was a damp smell in the bathroom and ants crawling about. The TV is way too high on the wall so you get neck cramp and no cushions or throws to make it a little more comfortable. Small things would go a long way with this place, a good deep clean, a clock and fan being as there's no windows to create a draft, it was quite stuffy in this heat. The utensils and kitchen need a deep clean as everything was grubby, stained and greasy. Need a mop there and small ironing board.

Tv and sofa.
The bed was terrible, cheap foam matters. Toilet together with sink 🙈 Apartment Cleaning needed.

after reading other reviews, we were expecting a bedroom (negative nellies) the space was great. perfect for what we needed and cleverly laid out. separate bedrooms for the kids, plenty of utilities, even a bottle of wine and coffee and tea!

The location for why we were here was perfect. The apartment was spotless and had what we needed.
Parking. It was ok, as was a bank holiday weekend. But this can't really be helped.

Had everything you needed and was close to things we needed to get to. Only heard people outside if they where directly outside the window.
They should maybe do something on the shower floor as I slipped in the shower, and I hadn't even used soap yet - luckily just a few scratches and bruises but it could have been a lot worse.

We took this as it was pretty much the cheapest option on our search, so it is reasonably priced, but you do get what you pay for.
it was very basic and cold (not in temperature but in overall coziness, it wasn’t a place to settle in for the night) it was clean to a satisfactory standard, it’s just a bit un welcoming. There is no info on the area which is run down, we didn’t find a nice pub etc, it would be good to have that info.

We liked nothing about the apartment or its location.
The area is a bit seedy and apartment is on ground level of a shopping street. Looks like it used to be a shop. It's claustrophobic, there being no windows that you can see through, even the large window at the front is opaque and has Venetian blinds that cannot be operated. The only windows that open are three above the front window and these are above head height. These windows also let the noise in - you can hear every word from passersby, foul-mouthed drunks and vehicle noise, which we did until nearly midnight.
The lounge area is nothing more than a corridor, so looking up at the TV from the sofa involves craning your neck.
Kitchen implements are cheap and nasty.
The shower only has a small glass screen so water splashes out into the bathroom. Fortunately, you have to kneel on the toilet seat to be able to use the wash basin so you don't get too wet if your partner is showering!
There is a pretend window in the bedroom but if you don't want feel like you're in a prison cell you need to leave the bedroom door open for some circulation of air. Unfortunately, this also means that traffic noise and foul language reaches you.
We have stayed in numerous apartments in the last 12 months whilst holidaying, paying similar money to this but none have been as bad.
We decided that we couldn't stay more than one night (having booked 4), so contacted the owner, explained why we had decided to leave and politely asked if a partial refund could be considered. His reply was sarcastic and unsympathetic.

Nothing
Iall the information was there about the property unfortunately we didn't do our homework properly
It says it's 30sqm which it probably is but a average caravan 42sqm there's no pictures of the outside of the property which with a quick search on Google you can easily find the pictures of the beaches are generally photos of Pembrokeshire we've learnt a lesson from this booking which is do a bit more research before booking

Bunk beds great for kids
The apartment was compact and easy to use.
Modern and clean
Location good for the surrounding area
Nice to have the parking outside / nearby
Restaurants and shops were convenient.
Windows with dark blinds would have helped keep bedrooms dark in the morning.
Bathroom sink position above the toilet was awkward.

Great property, very clean and comfortable.
It was a shame about the surrounding area which was very run down and noisy at night. Although that can’t be helped and that could have been avoided if we had done better research into the area.

The Place was compact, clean and decent size for the price I have paid. Bed were made up and they were comfy. spare towels the location of the property as it is right down in the town center.
This Flat has underfloor heating and our experience was very bad. we had no heating at all in the spare/Kids bedroom but the other rooms were overly hot. Adjusting the temperature means it will cool out very quickly. Solid Tile Floor without heating is like a ice slog. As we had a visit in cold/rainy season underfloor heating means cloths will not get dry even jackets.
Bathroom was right behind the kitchen which was very uncomfortable to cook or bath and not practicle at all with kids. Hand washing basin is behind the Toilet so if you are having a toothbrush you are standing at least half a meter away from the tap. The bathroom also has stair wall which I have hit every single time when I have entered the bathroom. Shower without any curtain mean you have water all over the place.
Photographs makes you think that place is massive, actually it is a same size of a double room motor home.
There is no Washing Machine to be honest it is not either advertised.

The apartment was a lot bigger than expected. Very clean and the facilities are great
The bedding was rather uncomfortable.
We are aware that this cannot be helped but the upstairs neighbours were very noisy. Lots of banging on the walls and running up and down the stairs.

Good location was able to park outside the property and very quiet also local amenities close by.
A couple of times when we came back in the evening there was a damp smell maybe needs some sort of extra ventilation rather than having to leave the windows open. Shower not really enclosed so the water sprayed everywhere.
7.0 / 10.0
Needs curtains on the front window as it’s a converted shop and lacking in privacy albeit the glass is opaque.
9.0 / 10.0
Clean and compact apartment. Apartment comfortable space for two people. A family would struggle for space unless kids are of primary age and under.
Host very helpful and pleasant. Helped out swiftly when we managed to lock our self out.
Thank you for responding promptly.
The main bedroom the bed was too low for someone with arthritis. The main mattress could do with a firmer mattress underneath to give the bed some height.

Quite compact but had everything we needed.

Location, facilities, value for Money, our queries were resolved quickly using the app
Using Bathroom sink was a fun challenge but not a problem if you clean teeth and wash using kitchen sink Instead, also the window latches were a bit high for us, so had to stand on the dining chair which didn't feel very safe

The property was nice and clean. Location may be not to everyone’s liking, as it’s a in a quiet area, but it ticked all the boxes for us. It’s at close distance to Tenby and St David’s and many more.
We will be definitely coming back.
The shower probably needs a screen to stop water from flooding the floor.
