Not up to our expectations.

Very little to like about the property

Shower had mould and look like it hadn't been cleaned. Having stayed in the building on a previous visit, in a different apartment we expected a higher standard.

Looks better on photos.

Very nice and quiet location with lovely views and many convenient local shops, cafes and brasseries. Overall really good area easily reached by metro not too far from centre of Paris.

Very small and simply furnished, not overly clean and quite run down property. WiFi not working, dining table damaged and owner not very responsive.

Nice neighbourhood a great view from the room. Enjoyed it. Definitely recommend.

Nice neighborhood, clean room, the landlord was nice and assisted us well. No issue and very near to metro and grocery stores. A few nice cafes too nearby.

The elevator was a bit too small for comfort. Stair a bit steep.

Filthy, mould and rudeness

Location and view from the window.

The place was filthy with mould in the bathroom. The floor has clearly not been moped in months. The host was extremely rude. We were waiting to have access and he did not answer our calls and messages. We got in touch with Booking.com and only that way he replied to our messages. He let us standing on the street.

found a few dirty dishes in the cabinets, sofa is not comfortable. but overall it’s a great apartment if you’re looking for a place just to spend the night. it’s not the closest to the center but it’s worth the price.

Highly recommended place to stay

Great location - not far from metro station, very nice view from the apartament, comfortable bed. All neccesary equipment for cooking. Very smooth check in and check out. The place is very calm and safe.

There were no curtains in the bathroom so it wasn't very comfortable to be naked in the bathroom as you think that everyone can see you. Another thing - not enough toilet paper, handwash soap and trash bags.

A night stay at Belle Vue 2

Apartment is compact and was jus enough for our night stay.. everything was good with proper communication with the managers.. Had no trouble getting there..

Only one thing was bit weird. The window in the bathroom did not have any curtains or blinds. And i could see all the people in the garden opposite. I asked the manager about it and he told none can see us but it was bit hard to believe. Except for this small hurdle everything was perfect.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans ce logement et c était amplement suffisant

Appartement bien situé ,jolie vue sur la place de la mairie ,rue très calme.

Des l entrée dans l appartement nous tombons sur un canapé très sale :une énorme tache sur la housse. Le mobilier est très sommaire et ne donne pas envie de s attarder trop longtemps dans l appartement ,de même pour les sanitaires.

Très bon séjour ! Le logement est agréable, avec une très belle vue. Tout s’est très bien déroulé du début à la fin. L’endroit est calme et reposant. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Je recommande vivement !

La disponibilità del proprietario è stata unica. Siamo arrivate e partite in orari diversi da quelli di check-in e check out e ci ha dato in anticipo l appartamento e fatto lasciare x ore le valige in nello stesso, il giorno della partenza. Meravigliosa la posizione della struttura, vicino al bus e alla metro.Zona tranquillissima e silenziosa . La pulizia buona in generale , consiglio di cambiare copri materasso e copri cuscini.

Très bien situé avec une très belle vue sur l'hôtel de ville et ses jardins, très proche du métro et des magasins.

Pas de volets, juste des petits rideaux qui n'occultent pas vraiment Banquette dans la partie séjour totalement inconfortable, table en mauvais état, collée au radiateur (donc risque feu)

Le sérieux, la qualité de l’accueil, la prestation, le fait d’avoir été up-gradé sans l’avoir demandé, la disponibilité, la qualité de la prestation, tout était parfait! De fait j’ai choisi à nouveau ce lieu pour mon prochain déplacement le mois prochain.
