Spacious and well appointed with dishwasher and heat pumps for heating.

Initial wi-fi log in information provided was incorrect and required staff support. Access system is complicated and location has traffic noise. Online pre check-in is onerous.

This place was a good choice for the location to the hospital our only reason for being here. It provided what we needed for 2 adults and 2 children.

The hardest part of the whole stay was filling in the form to even be accepted. As an 80 year old traveler it was lucky my daughter was with me as I have never had to do anything like this before and would not have had the technical skill to fill it in. Also I have never seen so many rules and reminders to do said rules. I have never been asked for a $500 dollar damage deposit before either and it could have made it financially difficult if I had not had sufficient funds to cover this and still be able to pay for other expenses on this emergency trip.

The place looks just like the photos—clean, cozy, and comfortable. It’s a nice fit for families or friends. The kitchen’s well-equipped, and having two parking spots is really convenient. I’d say the stay was great overall.

The main downside was the extra booking process outside of Booking.com. I had to provide more detailed information, including credit card details and even a selfie. I understand it’s meant to protect both sides, but even after I paid, there were doubts about my identity and a lot of back-and-forth communication. As a non-native English speaker, this process felt a bit unfriendly.
