Hillside Haven - Airlie Beach

Great location, clean and spacious. Fantastic views.

The accomodtion far exceeded my expectations. Great location and nice and quiet. The unit was very spacious and so well set up. I had one minor query about having visitors, which was dealt with over the phone, with no problems. Would love to stay here again. I was so impressed with the unit, if I won the lottery, I would buy he place.

Nothing to add here. Except maybe a cable car up the hill!

• The sunrise view each day is magical • Spacious alfresco area perfect for relaxing. • Well-laid-out design ideal for families

- The location is conveniently close to town, but the walk back involves a steep hill—even for fit adults. I wouldn’t recommend the walk for families with young children or elderly guests. - The house needs a deep clean. The shower screens are coated with buildup, and there are noticeable grubby marks on the walls, cupboards, and appliances. - Unfortunately, the ocean view is mostly obstructed by trees, which is a shame. - General maintenance is overdue—batteries in remotes were flat, the bin was broken, and the door latch needs fixing. - Dishwasher powder should be provided daily to ensure dishes are properly cleaned; some items didn’t feel fully clean. - Bring bug spray—the sand flies can be relentless!
