PRIME LOCATION. Located in the heart of Carmel-By-The-Sea we are pleased to offer this newly rebuilt SPACIOUS, OPEN CONCEPT 2 BEDROOM vacation rental with 2 king bedrooms both with en-suite baths. Luxuriously designed with an open concept floor plan, featuring a chefs GRANITE KITCHEN WITH CENTER ISLAND, TILE FLOORS THROUGHOUT, GRANITE COUNTER VANITIES & WALK IN SHOWERS, FULL LAUNDRY FACILITIES and a location that allows you to walk to ALL Carmel restaurants, shops and the beach. We have carefully designed the interiors for the comfort of our guests. The building consists of two rental units. Both units are identical. Both living spaces are completely separate with their own entrances. The two bedroom units are just under 1300 square feet. Unit one is located on the ground floor and unit two is located on the second floor ( above unit one). Each unit has a separate listing on VRBO. This listing hosts UNIT 1 located on the ground floor of the building. Located in the heart of Carmel-By-The-Sea we still boast a rather private setting as the duplexes set far from the street and are surrounded by other quiet Inns. This unit has an outside patio area with seating for four.

All amenities were vey well thought, in kitchen, bathroom, living room. Very strategic location - access to the shops/restaurants and beach well within walking distance.We loved it!

Visiting family in Carmel and found this amazing property last minute! From the check in process, communication leading up to our visit, and the property itself everything was 5 - and the location! Best location with off street parking! Will definitely be back and (reluctantly) shared this property with my family! Just hoping they dont book the week I want next year!
