Location, good for getting into Central London walking or by tube. The apartment was in a pleasant street, and the house was exceptional clean and facilities were perfect. The Host was flexible and clear in all communication.

It was a quality flat in a good central location with decent ameneities around it.

I love the location, perfect distance from major train station (around 10mins walk), so won’t be noisy. The home furniture and kitchen is pretty nice, basically included everything you need. also there is a supermarket near the apartment too!

I hope they can provide more toilet roll and trash bags 😂. we still for 2 weeks and there is only 3 toilet roll… but this is minor stuff. overall the property is nice.

The location was good. Easy walk to the tube. Also close to Exmouth market.

Firstly the description on booking needs to be rectified. It states there is a lift which there wasn’t. Stairs were very steep and narrow and the flat is on the 2nd floor. Also stated there was a balcony. No balcony. The flat was satisfactory in terms of size and functionality. The bed needs to be replaced as the mattress constantly came off the slats. I had to pull the mattress completely off the bed and square it up and put the slats back on to stop this from happening. I would advise that a queen bed would be more appropriate it that size room and more comfortable. Also it was extremely hot and the fan that was supplied was only a desktop fan which was useless. The blinds in the flat are a bit tattered with one completely missing in the lounge room. Also because of the heat the windows had to be left open and the outside noise was constant all night. The flat is on the corner of a main road. I will be contacting booking to let them know that the description of the apartment/flat needs to be rectified as it would not accommodate anyone with a disability or ailment as the stairs are extremely difficult.
